Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Indiana is seeking a Logistics Coordinator II (Hybrid) to manage international export shipments, coordinate with freight forwarders, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires 2–3 years in Import/Export and knowledge of AES filings.

Hybrid work model: onsite at least 3 days per week (Mon–Thu) with the option to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Import/Export experience.
• Knowledge of international shipping docs and export regs.
• Understanding AES filings.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage international export accounts from shipment readiness to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve shipment issues.
• Prepare export docs and AES filings for compliance.
• Work with freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers.
• Maintain KPIs and contribute to process improvements.
