Qualifications

• Applies Regal Rexnord policies to complete tasks.
• 2-3 years in Import/Export field.
• Knowledge of AES filings and export regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage international and export account shipments from readiness to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve shipment barriers.
• Prepare export documentation (invoice, packing list, gov certificates).
• Work with freight forwarders and carriers for shipment execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in the Logistics Department.
• Meet KPIs and development goals.
