Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Logistics Coordinator II (Hybrid) to support international customers, distributors and freight forwarders for export shipments. You will ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experience.

You will manage shipments from readiness to destination, coordinate with internal teams, and support continuous improvement while meeting KPIs and development goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of international shipping docs, export regs, AES filings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer shipment process for international/export accounts from readiness to delivery.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide customer-centric solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve shipment issues with urgency and accountability.
• Prepare export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
