Luxury Escapes is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead international lifecycle and CRM across markets outside Australia, turning new members into first-time bookers through campaigns, incentives and experiments.

You will own international member journeys, drive Braze-driven lifecycle marketing, and collaborate with Product and Analytics to optimize conversions, loyalty and referrals across regions.

Formación

• Proven experience in growth, lifecycle or CRM marketing across international markets.
• Hands-on campaign delivery with commercial judgement and data-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the international member journey from sign-up to first booking and beyond.
• Lead lifecycle marketing and CRM across international markets using Braze, with journey design and segmentation.
• Manage and develop the Marketing Coordinator to take on day-to-day campaign delivery.
• Plan and run campaigns and incentives to drive first bookings and repeat purchases.
• Build journeys that encourage loyalty and referrals across regions.
• Run a test-and-learn programme with Product and Analytics and document results.
• Represent international needs to Commercial and shape offers accordingly.
• Tailor offers using data and adapt the lifecycle playbook as markets open.
• Own the international first-purchase dashboard and report monthly to the CMO.
