Job summary

Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator to manage international freight shipments, coordinate with customers and partners, and ensure timely delivery from origin to final destination.

The role requires hands-on logistics experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; hybrid work after onboarding and initial training in Tempe, AZ. Candidates with freight forwarding background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, airlines, or related field.
• Freight forwarding experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Coordinate import and export shipments to ensure timely transportation.
• Prepare and provide freight quotations to customers.
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, trucking companies, and other logistics partners.
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers.
• Support issue resolution related to international freight shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipment and customer records.
• Provide general customer service and operational support as needed.
