Job summary

BluePath Labs is seeking a Program Analyst to support a federal client's international engagement and partner coordination mission. Located in Arlington, VA with hybrid work opportunities, this role emphasizes ensuring senior officials have well-prepared briefing materials, coordination of bilateral engagements, and meticulous tracking of commitments.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, 5+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain a federal suitability determination.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit briefing materials, talking points, issue papers, situation reports, and readouts for senior officials.
• Plan and support bilateral and multilateral engagements, including agendas, materials, itineraries, and interpretation support.
• Coordinate visit requests and security screening for foreign visitors, and support on-site execution including escorting and note-taking.
• Track taskings, clearance actions, and commitments to closure against firm suspense dates.
• Maintain subject-matter depth on an assigned portfolio of countries, regions, and international organizations.
• Maintain stakeholder records and engagement history, and help sustain standard operating procedures and onboarding materials.
