Job summary

WorldStrides is seeking an International Program Consultant to drive growth by selling international educational programs to schools, teachers, and students. This hunter role focuses on identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and tailoring programs to client needs.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build a pipeline, and collaborate with schools to expand global travel initiatives. Flexible on-site, remote, and hybrid work options are provided.

Qualifications

• Win new business and expand within assigned schools and territory.
• Develop pipeline and manage sales cycle from lead to close.
• Assess prospect needs and communicate value proposition clearly.
• Prepare compelling proposals and navigate decision processes to close.
• Meet and exceed sales activity and seasonal targets.
• Contribute market feedback and new sales strategies to the team.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and expand existing business within your assigned schools and territory.
• Help teachers build and enhance their school's international travel programs.
• Develop a pipeline of opportunities and manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation through qualification and closing.
• Assess each prospect's needs and goals, and clearly communicate our value proposition.
• Prepare compelling proposals and navigate through decision-making processes to close business.
• Meet and exceed sales activity targets as well as seasonal sales goals.
• Improve the success of our team by proactively contributing new ideas, market feedback and successful sales strategies.
