Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator (Shipping) for the 2nd shift at our Rockford facility. This role focuses on coordinating inbound shipments, managing the waste program, and maintaining forklift maintenance schedules to support production.

The ideal candidate will track warehouse metrics, liaise across departments, and help train the warehouse team while following PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies. The position may require overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Skills Testing at approved grade level for position.
• Basic Mathematical Skills.
• Basic Computer Skills: Ability to perform basic computer tasks.
• Minimum Professional Proficiency: Ability to participate effectively in conversations and read standard items.
• Intermediate Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense in instructions with multiple variables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling of inbound shipments of components and raw materials.
• Maintain the daily schedule of inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Act as a liaison between Warehouse and other departments for transportation and logistics.
• Coordinate with waste hauler and vendors for forklift maintenance.
• Gather and track warehouse related metrics.
• Coordinate with departments for segregation of recyclables.
• Ensure components are received on production schedule.
• Assist in Training for the Warehouse department.
• Update departmental work practices and SOPs; perform other duties as assigned.
