Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Project Manager - International Business Support to lead multiple international defense programs from proposal through contract closeout. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, operations, procurement, quality, and finance to ensure contract performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in business, financial, or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years managing defense programs.
• Experience with export licenses and ITAR/EAR.
• Experience presenting to customer and internal management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across programs.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience coordinating proposals including technical and cost volumes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple international defense programs from proposal through contract closeout.
• Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, schedule, scope, and quality.
• Coordinate internal relationships between a cross functional team spanning sales, engineering, operations, procurement, quality, finance, and product line management.
• Maintain relationships with the COR and Government PM, informing on risks, issues, and resolution plans.
• Ensure production schedules meet contractual obligations in coordination with operations.
• Coordinate export compliance activities to secure approvals and ensure ITAR/EAR compliance.
• Foster customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Schedule and manage all major program reviews.
