Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Or a minimum of 9 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in the defense or aerospace industry, or in a similarly highly regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects or programs, including schedule development and maintenance using Microsoft Project (or similar tools).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet technical, cost, schedule, and contractual requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple projects.
• Own day-to-day schedule management and drive recovery plans with stakeholders.
• Track production build status and ensure on-time delivery with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Oversee and report on RMA/returns and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Customer Support.
• Prepare and deliver status updates and briefings to senior leadership.
