Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Senior Business Office Manager, SME to lead and integrate program business operations across finance, contracts, procurement, travel, HR, security, and admin functions. You will report to the Program Manager and ensure compliant, efficient operations to enable successful program execution across multiple locations in the Indo-Pacific.

Extensive experience leading DoD program business operations and enterprise support functions.
Proven ability to develop executive reports and program performance briefs.
Strong track record delivering compliant, efficient business operations across dispersed locations.
Experience with FAR/DFARS and government-directed audits and reviews.
Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day business office operations across multiple geographic locations.
Integrate finance, contracts, procurement, travel, HR, security, and admin functions.
Develop and implement processes, controls, and internal governance.
Coordinate with Government stakeholders and corporate functions to resolve issues.
Monitor financial performance, staffing, procurement, and milestones.
Produce executive dashboards and briefings for leadership.
Support startup, transition, mobilization, and closeout activities.
Plan workforce needs with recruiting and program leadership.
Ensure timely delivery of contractual deliverables and compliance.
