Field Fastener is seeking an experienced technical team member for a full-time role in Machesney Park, IL. You will work with quality, sourcing, account management, operations, and engineering to provide product knowledge, troubleshooting, testing, and technical presentations.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical engineering background, hands-on aptitude, and familiarity with fasteners and fastening applications.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role.
• Understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
• Mechanical hands-on/roll-up-your-sleeves experience.
• Customer interaction including presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze problems, develop solutions, and present alternatives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal customers.
• Support production operations with technical guidance as needed.
• Lead internal technical training and communicate engineering information.
• Travel to support business activities up to 25%.
