Job summary

Wurth Industry USA is seeking an Account Applications Engineer to serve as the primary technical liaison across the organization, supporting customers and internal teams. The role emphasizes application analysis, training, and collaboration with quality and sales to drive cost-effective fastener solutions.

Ideal candidates will hold a BS in Engineering, have CAD experience, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Domestic travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with fastener products/applications a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to relay information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical contact across the organization and support customers and internal teams.
• Identify application issues and cost-reduction opportunities to meet customer goals.
• Consult on product applications, assist in development of new business and provide demonstrations.
• Assist Quality with failure analysis of fasteners and components.
• Deliver training seminars for internal and customer knowledge sharing.
• Support sales through customer visits and presentations; promote teamwork.
