Responsibilities

• Represent LPS at district and community recruitment events.
• Engage with prospective candidates and answer questions about employment opportunities, hiring steps, benefits, and district culture.
• Share your personal experience working for LPS and promote the District as an employer of choice.
• Collect candidate interest information and direct applicants to the appropriate hiring resources.
• Assist with event setup, recruitment materials, and event logistics.
