Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with business users and development teams.
• Proven backlog management experience.
• Familiarity with agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Ability to lead requirement gathering and stakeholder meetings.
• Strong change management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and development teams
• Create and manage the backlog of work tickets for the internal software system
• Participate in agile activities – including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings
• Develop and facilitate alternative workflow solutions
• Manage change requests for internal development teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for user issues or requests with the software
• Work with the development team to ensure quality and adherence to acceptance criteria
• Other supplemental projects assigned by management
