Job summary

Clark Associates, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst/Product Owner to bridge internal users and the development team, translating business needs into software solutions that support the organization.

The role focuses on enhancing an internal application used by approximately 80% of the company’s employees, spanning purchasing, billing, accounts payable, warehouse operations, and other core business processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or software development preferred.
• PowerBI experience is a plus but not required.
• No degree required; relevant skills & experience prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and development teams.
• Create and manage the backlog of work tickets for the internal software system.
• Participate in agile activities – sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop and facilitate alternative workflow solutions.
• Manage change requests for internal development teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for user issues or requests with the software.
• Ensure quality and adherence to acceptance criteria with the development team.
• Assist with supplemental projects as assigned by management.
