Beltone is seeking a motivated Hearing Care Technician to join our team in Indiana. You will begin by assisting with patient care and hearing aid adjustments, gaining hands-on experience while pursuing a Hearing Care Specialist license.

Training, mentorship, and licensing support are provided to help you advance in your career. Ideal candidates have a background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or related fields and are committed to the licensing pathway.

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient screenings, ear impressions, and hearing aid fittings.
• Assist with hearing aid adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Provide personalized care and usage instructions to patients.
• Support sales and patient follow-up to build and maintain patient relationships.
• Collaborate with the Hearing Care Specialist to ensure patient needs are met and treatment plans are followed.
• Maintain patient records and manage administrative tasks related to patient care.
