Beltone is seeking a motivated Hearing Care Technician in New Castle, IN to begin in a patient-facing role and progress toward a Hearing Care Specialist license. You will gain hands-on experience in fittings, adjustments, and patient education while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship.

Ideal candidates bring sales or customer service experience and a willingness to pursue licensing requirements.

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Hearing Care Technician to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity to jumpstart your career in hearing healthcare, with a clearly defined path toward becoming a licensed Hearing Care Specialist. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient screenings, ear impressions, and hearing aid fittings.
• Assist with hearing aid adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs.

• Collaborate with the Hearing Care Specialist to ensure patient needs are met and treatment plans are followed.
