Job summary

Chaseandholland in Lincoln is seeking an Internal Sales professional to join a small, established team. You will build relationships, sell products, and work toward targets with full product training and a chance to earn strong additional commission.

Expect shifts 7.30am–5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and a structured path for career progression within a supportive environment. You’ll collaborate with Field Sales colleagues to maximize territorial potential.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with existing customers and new prospects.
• Making proactive outbound sales calls (warm calls only).
• Handling inbound enquiries by phone, email and website.
• Identifying sales opportunities and developing your territory.
• Producing and managing customer quotations.
• Processing orders.
• Working closely with your Field Sales Partner.
• Liaising with other departments to deliver a great customer experience.
