Job summary

Vervic Human Capital Solutions is seeking a proactive Internal Recruiter to connect qualified candidates with temporary-to-hire opportunities in production, manufacturing, and warehouse settings. You will source, screen, and place candidates while maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

The role requires 2–5 years of recruiting experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule, and offers full benefits after 90 days and potential for executive recruitment income.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced staffing environment.
• Proactive recruiting approach and commitment to meeting performance goals.
• Comfort using job boards, recruiting software, email, and standard office applications.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., at either office as requested.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of recruiting or staffing experience, especially in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, partnerships, and direct outreach.
• Create and maintain job postings and respond to candidates.
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess fit and availability.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events to build candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate pre-employment drug screens and E-Verify procedures.
• Match candidates with assignments and coordinate interviews, placements, and start dates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity in ATS.
• Communicate hiring needs and progress with candidates, employees, clients, and team.
• Meet recruiting and placement goals that support monthly bonus eligibility.
• Support recruiting at the Decatur office when requested.
• Assist executive recruitment opportunities to earn additional income.
