Hicks Automotive Group in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a capable operations professional to manage the recon and repair workflow, coordinate technicians, and ensure a premium customer experience.

You will oversee parts, scheduling, and vendor coordination while upholding company standards and compliance, with a focus on timely, accurate service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal repair orders and complete the recon process as set forth by management.
• Take ownership of the reconditioning experience and carry out assignments to leave a positive impression with customers.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries via phone or in person.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain the recon spread sheet and conduct daily meetings with Service and Sales management.
• Keep track of ordered parts and tools as necessary.
• Oversee sublets to vendors and ensure invoices are attached to repair orders via Purchase Order process.
• Dispatch details to carwash/detailer.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards.
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain good working relationships with factories and foster positive employee relations.
