Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage origination experience preferred.
• Knowledge of residential mortgage products and lending regulations.
• Proficiency with LO systems, CRM, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Originate conventional, government, jumbo, and portfolio mortgage loans.
• Interview borrowers to determine financing needs and recommend solutions.
• Guide applicants from inquiry through closing with processing and underwriting teams.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of mortgage loan opportunities and meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with TRID, ECOA, HMDA, and other regulations.
