Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients, referring veterinarians, and the internal medicine care team
• Schedule appointments, rechecks, and diagnostics with the clinical team
• Explain diagnoses and treatment plans to clients, escalate questions as needed
• Manage incoming referrals and ensure records are ready before appointments
• Support clients with chronic or complex cases and emotional conversations
• Prepare cost estimates, discuss options, and process payments
• Maintain accurate documentation in the practice management system
