Sun Recruiting, Inc. is partnering with a mission‑driven outpatient health organization in Illinois to hire a full‑time Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for an in‑person, daytime schedule. You will provide comprehensive outpatient care to adults and collaborate with an integrated care team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
• Active state medical license (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, health screenings, immunizations, and wellness services.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams and coordinate specialty referrals.
• Deliver culturally competent care with consideration of social determinants of health.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, care coordination, and population health efforts.
• Accurately document patient encounters in the EHR.
• Engage in clinical meetings, care team collaboration, and community health initiatives.
