Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a full-time, in-person Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our mission-driven outpatient team.

The role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and community health impact in a diverse patient population. You will diagnose and manage adult patients, collaborate with an integrated care team, document encounters in the EHR, and participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine.
• Active state medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in outpatient or community-based care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team-oriented approach.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care to underserved or diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, health screenings, immunizations, and wellness services.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams and coordinate specialty referrals.
• Deliver culturally competent care with consideration of social determinants of health.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, care coordination, and population health efforts.
• Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Engage in clinical meetings, care team collaboration, and community health initiatives.

Compensation: $200,000 – $295,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime schedule, in-person (outpatient)
