Job summary

Join a highly productive internal medicine practice at Ascension Harcourt in Indianapolis. This employed position focuses on outpatient care within a busy, well-respected facility and offers a strong referral base and resources of a major health system.

Expect a Monday–Friday workweek with limited on-call responsibilities (Mon–Thu), roughly 20–22 patients per day, and opportunities to teach interns and residents. An appealing compensation package accompanies this role.

Qualifications

• MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date.
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) preferred; AHA or Red Cross accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care to a diverse patient panel.
• Maintain a manageable daily patient volume to ensure quality care and time for patient education.
• Teach Interns and Residents from the Ascension/St. Vincent program.
• Collaborate with a busy practice and participate in a limited call schedule (Mon–Thu) and a 1:5 weekend rotation.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Advanced Life Support preferred.
