Job summary

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a seasoned Clinic Manager to drive strategy, efficiency, and innovation across Internal Medicine departments. This on-site role is key to ensuring exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and strategic growth across our Internal Medicine departments.

You will oversee daily operations, foster continuous improvement, manage budgets, and lead teams across multiple clinic locations in Washington.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years managing patient or customer service teams in healthcare operations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience hiring, managing, and developing direct reports.
• Experience in budgeting and operational planning.
