Job summary

The Vancouver Clinic in Vancouver, WA is seeking a seasoned Clinic Manager to lead Internal Medicine operations across multiple sites, driving strategy, efficiency and innovation to deliver high-quality patient care.

This on-site, full-time role partners with the Director and Medical Director to oversee budgets, performance metrics, and growth opportunities while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of experience managing patient or customer service teams in healthcare or healthcare operations.
• Minimum three years of experience hiring, managing, and developing direct reports.
• Minimum three years of management experience in operations and budget development.
• Experience creating strong dyad relationships with medical leadership is preferred.
