Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Lead Certified Medical Assistant for Internal Medicine at our Columbia Tech Center location in Vancouver, WA. The role balances patient care with leadership duties, including mentoring staff and ensuring efficient clinic workflows.

You will room patients, collect information, prepare for exams, assist with procedures, and support provider scheduling and templates while fostering a positive patient experience for diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential required.
• Education and at least 1 year experience as an MA-C required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MA-C, preferred.
• Ability to successfully become a core-trainer and super user of EMR.
• Superior communication skills and interpersonal skills set.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and collect information for examinations.
• Prepare patients for examination and assist with procedures.
• Oversee daily operations and mentor team members.
• Balance leadership duties with direct patient care and support efficient workflows.
