Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to oversee external financial reporting, technical accounting, global consolidations, and close activities for a multi-entity organization. This role drives accurate disclosures and robust internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in accounting (3+ public, 3+ corporate) with strong reporting and multi-currency experience; familiarity with Workiva or ActiveDisclosure is preferred. CPA is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in public accounting and 3+ years in corporate accounting.
• Strong financial reporting and technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience in multi-currency environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review external financial statements, disclosures, and schedules.
• Research complex accounting matters, document conclusions, and implement guidance.
• Oversee global consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency translation.
• Manage month-/quarter-/year-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external auditors to support reporting and compliance.
• Improve reporting processes, strengthen controls, and support system initiatives.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$120k - $150k

Position Overview:

Atrium is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to oversee external financial reporting, technical accounting, global consolidations, and financial close activities for a complex, multi-entity organization.

Responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Manager:

• Prepare and review external financial statements, disclosures, and supporting schedules.
• Research complex accounting matters, document conclusions, and implement new accounting guidance and policies.
• Oversee global consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency translation.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, account reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external auditors to support accurate reporting and compliance.
• Improve reporting processes, strengthen controls, and support financial reporting system initiatives.

Required Experience/Skills for the Financial Reporting Manager:

• 6+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in public accounting and 3+ years in corporate accounting.
• Strong financial reporting and technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience working in a multi-currency environment.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Financial Reporting Manager:

• Experience with Workiva or ActiveDisclosure.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• Active CPA license required.
