Job summary

CI Search Group is partnering with a rapidly growing, pre-IPO company in Downtown Dallas to hire a Financial Reporting Manager.

You will join a high-visibility financial reporting team and work directly with senior leadership on complex technical accounting matters.

Qualifications

• CPA required and active licensure.
• 7+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Public accounting background; Big 4 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and disclosures for the organization.
• Address complex technical accounting issues (impairment, hedge accounting, leases).
• Prepare/review financial statements and disclosures for external reporting.
