You will lead monthly global consolidations, prepare journal entries, analyze discrepancies, and support audits while administering Oracle FCCS and enhancing reporting through automation and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in accounting, financial reporting, or consolidation.
• Strong IFRS knowledge.
• Experience with multi-currency accounting and global finance operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication across levels and locations.
• Experience in global manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly global consolidations for actual results, annual budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare journal entries and perform complex general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze consolidation exceptions, investigate out-of-balance conditions, and resolve financial data inconsistencies.
• Coordinate trial balance submissions and other financial information with global finance teams.
• Manage intracompany and international transactions, including reconciliations and foreign exchange rate validation.
• Prepare financial statements, management reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Support internal and external audit requests and financial controls.
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of Oracle FCCS, including system testing, account mapping, data coordination, and metadata updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and consolidation processes through automation and technology, including Oracle Smart View and RPA tools.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with complex consolidations, financial reporting, and financial systems while working across an international organization.

This position will play an important role in the monthly global consolidation and close process, assisting with multi entities and partnering with finance teams across multiple locations.
