Job summary

CFS is seeking an Internal Financial Reporting Manager in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule. You will drive monthly consolidated financial statements, cash flow reporting, and multi-entity consolidations, working with HFM and Power BI. CPA is preferred and 3–5+ years in accounting is required.

You will collaborate with senior finance leaders, support SOX controls, and mentor offshore staff while expanding expertise across external audit prep and technical accounting research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA preferred.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience with financial statement prep and multi-entity consolidations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with HFM/Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly consolidated financial statements, cash flow reporting, and key account analyses.
• Manage multi-entity consolidations and top-side journal entries within HFM.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• Assist with external audits, quarterly reviews, and SOX activities.
• Research technical accounting issues and document conclusions.
