Job summary

Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Kansas City, MO. You will own the full hiring lifecycle for dealership roles across multiple locations, partnering with managers to forecast staffing and build candidate slates.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in agency, staffing, or high-volume recruiting, with strong communication, sourcing, and ATS skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in agency staffing or high-volume corporate recruiting.
• Experience managing multiple openings and candidates simultaneously.
• Confidence conducting phone interviews, evaluating qualifications and making hiring recommendations.
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates via Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and own assigned positions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms such as Indeed or LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for dealership positions across sales, service, admin and operations.
• Partner with hiring managers across multiple locations to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Proactively source candidates through Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other platforms.
• Review applications, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain communication with candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for frequently hired positions.
• Manage multiple open requisitions with urgency and organized workflow.
• Gather interview feedback and keep the hiring process moving forward.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate engagement.
• Represent Cable Dahmer professionally to create a positive candidate experience.
