THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a Internal Control Analyst, Position Description Number T59034P1 and is part of the WI 128 ARW, National Guard.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE:

In addition to OPM general experience, evaluate applicant's knowledge, skills, andabilities for:

• - Skill in collecting and analyzing data effectively, efficiently, and accurately;
• - Skill in applying procedures and directives by reading and interpreting program material;
• - Skill in presenting formal training presentations and briefings;
• - Ability to prepare reports and presentation formats.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:

To qualify for the GS-0501-11 position, you must have 1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level. Candidate with administrative oversight experience to a Quality Assurance (QA) Program preferred but not required. Experience recording quality data upon which accurate management conclusions and decisions are based. Experience researching, developing, modifying, and maintaining qualitative standards to evaluate and monitor performance indicators. Experience creating and maintaining a schedule of all reports, audits, inspections, and internal control reviews. Experience with program management regarding accounting and financial functions to ensure internal accounting systems and administrative controls are sufficient to ensure all obligations and payments comply with applicable laws. Must have experience facilitating meetings.
