Qualifications

• Proven experience developing content/communications strategies for diverse audiences.
• Exceptional writing and copywriting skills with ability to simplify complex info.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence Cloud or similar wiki/CMS.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Strong information architecture and content structuring instincts.
• Ability to establish a consistent visual identity across enterprise pages.

Responsibilities

• Assess content and communication needs across company-wide platforms and departments.
• Engage with SMEs and stakeholders to identify gaps and current usage.
• Formulate a robust content strategy and governance framework.
• Document considerations for future external/vendor-facing content strategies.
• Propose information architecture enhancements including navigation and tagging.
• Audit existing content for accuracy, ownership, and redundancies.
• Rewrite and restructure content for clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with SMEs for review and sign-off prior to publication.
• Identify owners for updated pages to ensure accountability.
• Leverage Confluence, Google Workspace, and AI tools to accelerate drafting.
