Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline and at least 2 years in a communications role.
• Edit and write AP-style copy.
• Experience in corporate/internal communications.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, initiate, and execute internal communications projects with business partners.
• Maintain and update department intranet pages.
• Manage Garmin Intranet sites and coordinate content updates.
• Oversee HR internal video library and coordinate recruitment videos.
• Coordinate print production for recognition and orientation programs.
• Participate in internal/external corporate event committees and manage intranet projects to promote engagement.
• Provide photography and video requests for corporate events.
• Update corporate handbooks/policy documents and upload to intranet.
• Maintain corporate photo library in the DAM system and manage assets.
• Write and identify assets for Garmin internal blog.
• Prepare project status reports for stakeholders.
