Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a skilled Communications professional to execute bakery-wide communications strategies under the guidance of the Sr. Communications & Events Manager.

You will translate complex business information into clear, actionable messaging for the Bakery Owner network and manage channels including newsletters, surveys, and intranet content. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, analytics-driven improvements, and maintaining brand standards across all

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in communications, PR, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal, corporate, or marketing communications.
• Experience with digital communications, content development, and campaign execution.
• Experience creating operational communications for multi-unit organizations preferred.
• Franchise system, food/retail/hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute Bakery communications strategies to build trust and engagement across the Owner network.
• Support day-to-day Bakery communications management.
• Create, edit, and translate complex business information into actionable messaging.
• Manage channels and platforms including newsletters, surveys, intranet, and assets.
• Develop plans for cross-functional initiatives and priorities.
• Support survey communications and results summaries.
• Create and coordinate video communications from scripting to publishing.
• Design and build communication assets ensuring brand consistency.
