Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a communications professional to execute bakery communications, manage day-to-day operations, and translate complex business information into clear messaging. You will create video communications, design assets, and maintain channels while ensuring brand consistency across the bakery owner network.

The role emphasizes analytics, collaboration across departments, and support for special projects in a fast-paced franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal, corporate, or marketing communications.
• Experience creating operational communications for multi-unit organizations preferred.
• Experience with communication analytics and audience measurement tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute bakery communications strategies to build trust and engagement across the owner network.
• Manage day-to-day bakery communications and translate complex business information into clear messaging.
• Maintain channels and platforms including newsletters, surveys, intranet content, and assets.
• Develop plans and content for cross-functional initiatives and priorities.
• Support survey launches, reminders, participation campaigns, and results summaries.
• Create and coordinate video communications, including scripting and light editing.
• Design communication assets ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics and use analytics to drive improvements.
• Maintain digital archives and governance of materials.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and support special projects as needed.
