Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will craft clear messaging for nearly 2,000 employees and work across teams to support HR programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Organizational Communication, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in internal communications or employee communications.
• Experience producing employee-facing content.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Understanding of internal communications principles and audience-focused messaging.
• Ability to work across functions and balance deadlines.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Discretion handling sensitive information.
• Collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new tools.
• Comfort with CMS and intranet platforms.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and produce employee-facing communications across announcements and HR content.
• Support internal campaigns, enrollment, wellness, and learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and manage review cycles.
• Maintain editorial calendars and templates for consistency.
• Coordinate with Communications team to align with brand and strategy.
• Update intranet content and email tools.
• Support change management communications for company initiatives.
• Track engagement metrics and feedback to improve effectiveness.
