PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist in Denver, CO to create clear, engaging communications that connect employees to business priorities and ownership mindset.

You will develop content for diverse audiences, partner with leaders and teams, and support internal plans across departments. The role focuses on driving employee engagement, measurable programs, and brand integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or a related field.
• 4–7 years of corporate or agency communications experience.
• Expert AP writing style, superb editing and proofreading.
• Experience developing measurable strategic communications programs.
• Experience creating intranet content; SharePoint a plus.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative, excellent communicator with data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel ~10% across U.S. and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and communications to develop and implement plans while maintaining brand integrity.
• Lead research, planning, and execution of communications initiatives.
• Write and edit internal announcements, intranet content, memos, newsletters, and more.
• Support departments and strategic initiatives including DEI campaigns and events.
• Drive internal strategy to engage non-wired employees.
• Build relationships with internal clients to ensure message consistency and outcomes.
• Measure and report key performance indicators.
