Job summary

crunch is seeking a Manager of Communications and Process to own internal communications, SOP development, and knowledge-base governance. You will establish company-wide cadences, draft announcements, and ensure a cohesive brand voice across all materials.

Partnership with Training & Development will build a centralized knowledge base and training program. You will work with multiple departments to foster engagement, consistency, and a connected culture, reporting to the Vice President,

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, process documentation, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• Excellent written communication skills with ability to adjust tone for different audiences.
• Experience developing or maintaining SOPs, process documentation, or knowledge base content.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain company-wide communication cadences (weekly updates, announcements).
• Draft, edit, and distribute organization-wide announcements with clear tone and consistency.
• Own internal communication channels (intranet, Teams announcements, email).
• Lead development, review, and refinement of SOPs across departments.
• Maintain brand voice guidelines and ensure visual identity across docs and communications.
• Partner with Training & Development to build a centralized knowledge base and training.
• Drive employee engagement and recognition through communications programs.
