Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications with strong writing, editing and storytelling across formats.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with enterprise priorities and the health system’s People Promise.
• Manage content creation and distribution across internal channels (intranet, newsletters, mobile app, digital signage, huddles).
• Collaborate with regional and clinical communication leads to ensure consistent, localized messaging.
• Support change communication initiatives and employee engagement campaigns.
