Job summary

Coinbase seeks a seasoned Internal Communications leader to partner with the People Success team, shaping messaging for programs and company-wide rollouts with a product-marketing lens.

With a new Chief People Officer building the strategy, you will craft clear, human, and compelling content for executives and employees, build scalable processes, and measure impact using data and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in internal/strategic/change communications or product marketing advising C-suite leaders.
• Proven track record producing executive-level content with measurable engagement.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and drive trust.
• Able to manage a broad portfolio across multiple stakeholders with a clear strategy.
• Experience building scalable comms processes, systems, and measurement.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated Internal Communications partner to People Success, owning strategy for programs and rollouts.
• Advise the CPO and senior leaders on high-stakes moments, crafting clear, human messaging.
• Own internal comms for the People Success team, including town halls and leadership comms.
• Write and edit content for CPO communications, announcements, and FAQs.
• Build scalable comms infrastructure with calendars, playbooks, and metrics.
• Coordinate with broader Internal Communications team to align with company narrative.
• Use data, insights, and AI-enabled workflows to measure impact and improve.
