Coinbase is seeking a strategic Internal Communications leader to partner with the People Success team. With a new Chief People Officer, you will shape how the people strategy is communicated across the company and drive trust through clear messaging.

You will own the program's communications, advise senior leaders on high-stakes moments, and build scalable processes with data-driven insights, including AI-enabled workflows, to improve impact and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in internal communications or related fields with experience advising C-suite or VP-level leaders.
• Proven track record producing executive-level content that drove engagement or adoption outcomes.
• Executive presence and interpersonal effectiveness to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders with a cohesive communications strategy.
• Experience building scalable communications processes and measurement frameworks.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Owns communications strategy for People programs with a business-first, product marketing orientation.
• Advise the CPO and senior People leaders on high-stakes moments and craft clear messaging.
• Own internal communications for the People Success Team, including monthly town halls and leadership communications.
• Write and edit CPO comms, town hall scripts, company announcements, and FAQs translating programs into value.
• Build scalable communications infrastructure, including calendars, playbooks, and measurement frameworks.
• Coordinate with broader Internal Communications team to ensure timely, aligned messaging.
• Use data and AI-enabled workflows to measure impact, scale work, and improve quality.
