Medline Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Lead to develop and execute plans, articles, scripts and policies that inform, support and inspire employees across the organization.

You will support enterprise-wide communications, manage platforms like The Source intranet and Knowledge Management tools, and lead campaigns and launches with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in a communications field.
• Experience with corporate intranets and digital tools.
• Strong writing, proofreading and editing abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and report trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily implementation of internal communications plans and campaigns.
• Measure and report content performance to guide decisions.
• Write intranet news content to boost engagement and alignment.
• Manage corporate intranet content loading, formatting, and troubleshooting.
• Identify new tools and platforms to improve internal messaging.
• Disseminate timely information to employees and sales teams.
• Produce materials including newsletters, scripts, and intranet posts.
• Support senior leaders with internal video needs and messaging.
