Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Illinois seeks a senior communications professional to lead the development and execution of internal communications plans, articles, scripts and policies for employees across The Source intranet and Knowledge Management platforms.

You will drive content strategy, measure performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to turn data into improvements while expanding tools and platforms to enhance messaging for employees and the sales force.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in a communications-related field.
• Experience with corporate intranets and digital communications tools.
• Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to solve problems.
• Ability to analyze data and report trends to improve results.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily implementation of internal communications plans and develop content.
• Measure and report on content performance to guide decisions.
• Create original content for the intranet news section to engage employees.
• Manage intranet content loading, formatting, testing and troubleshooting.
• Identify new tools and platforms to improve internal messaging.
• Develop and disseminate timely information to employees and sales teams.
