Medline Industries, LP in Illinois seeks a senior communications professional to lead the development and execution of internal communications plans, articles, scripts and policies for employees across The Source intranet and Knowledge Management platforms.
You will drive content strategy, measure performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to turn data into improvements while expanding tools and platforms to enhance messaging for employees and the sales force.
Lead, develop, and implement communications plans, pieces (feature articles, interviews, scripts, presentations etc.) and policies to ensure employees are informed, supported and inspired. Support enterprise-wide communications and platforms including our intranet The Source, the Medline Knowledge Management platform. Help identify and develop business cases/ requirements for new internal communications platforms, lead and manage internal communications campaigns and launches.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $92,000.00 - $138,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
