Job summary

BMI is seeking a seasoned communications professional to lead internal and external content strategy. You will partner with HR, DEI, and leadership to craft compelling messaging across the intranet, BMI.com, and newsletters while maintaining brand standards and culture.

You will manage freelance writers, measure program effectiveness, and support crisis communications as needed, all within BMI's hybrid NY footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of internal and/or external communications experience required.
• Experience with metrics tracking and basic analytics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications program across platforms.
• Own and manage BMI's intranet with daily/weekly content and editorial direction.
• Create content across web, email, video, social media, and presentations to reinforce BMI's culture and values.
