The Internal Communications Lead plays a key role in shaping and executing internal and corporate communications initiatives across Enova. This role owns several high-visibility programs and communications channels, partners closely with cross-functional leaders and helps position Communications as a trusted strategic advisor to the business.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and proactive operator who can manage projects independently, anticipate needs before they arise and build strong relationships across the organization. This person should be equally comfortable executing day-to-day communications work and contributing to broader strategic initiatives. Success in this role requires strong business partnership skills, sound judgment and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown.
